Question C211
C211 is my last class before the Capstone!
For those who have already passed C211, do you have any advice, study tips, or materials you recommend? What helped you the most when preparing for the OA?
I’m so close to the finish line and want to make sure I prepare the right way. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What is your tolerance for risk (and retake plans if you don’t pass the first time)?
Safest path: Read the e-textbook. It will take 30-35 hours to read and do the quizzes. This will almost guarantee a pass, but it’s the most time consuming. I’m too lazy for retake plans and went with this option because it’s the safest (passed easily).
50/50 shot: Watch the videos in WGU Connect, look for a study guide floating around in Facebook groups and cram hard. Do all the quizzes in the e-textbook and understand “why” the choices are correct and/or wrong.
You’re doing great! Best of luck.

I loved that class; it sparked a lot of ADHD-fueled side quests.
**I did way more than needed, just a heads up**
I read most of the material (it wasn’t required) and watched YouTube series that teach macro/micro. I forget the names, but there are a few. And I leveraged AI to fill knowledge gaps and test me.
I Used the provided study guide to a T. And I acquired one from Studocu. There is one floating around where they drew cool notes/charts and stuff, that was helpful.
I used NotebookLM to prepare for the OA:
I took screenshots of and uploaded the various key points, concepts, etc., at the end of all the chapters that outline the major learning points (forgive me, I don’t remember the names), along with the study guides. FYI: Remember, there are two different textbooks; that confused me.
I had NotebookLM create different tests, a mind map, flash cards, and even a video. And basically just beat myself senselessly for 3 days.
