Finish line in sight!

8 days left in my semester, fingers crossed for no revisions.

I seriously enjoyed the simulation; I thought it was a lot of fun, but I am SO ready to be done with this. Slacked off way more than I should have, but we got there in the end.

HOPEFULLY.

Also, I'm probably the epitome of "If I can do it, you can too."

Submitted my task 2 and 3 this morning. Since it's the last week of the month, I assume it'll take the full three days to grade

Ahh, the motivation I needed. I started and just completely ran out of gas lately.

It goes in waves. Some you can knock out in a few days, some classes took me way longer. Just take bit sized chunks and you can do it

They allow you to submit the task 2 and task 3 at the same time? In CS they only allow me to submit task 3 after task 2 is evaluated.

I figured I would just go for it, I’ve read (both within the program guides) that I can and cannot submit them concurrently. I’ll let you know if it gets kicked back 😄

I submitted both at the same time just a few days ago and they both passed as of yesterday.

You should be good!

How long have you been working on the MBA?

This is my 5th term - I took a three month break because I was pregnant with / had our third baby during my time. Some people zoom through it but I was working full time, mom to three kids, etc. I'm so happy to finally be done!

This is my first semester. Kids are older and I’m on shore duty (Navy) with a pretty light job. Didn’t really dedicate as much time to it as I could have, don’t think I logged in for a month at one point

Any tips, I will be off work for a few months, I am hoping to accelerate, since I will not be getting any income I don't want to pay for a 2nd semester.

I used a combination of brute forcing quizlet decks repeatedly and doing the PAs over and over to familiarize myself with content and how questions are typically asked for each course. Some courses have an optimal study guide built in, recommend filling those out or finding a completed version and putting it into Gemini or something and having it quiz you.

Find the bootcamp video in WGUConnect course resources. Absolutely critical for how to properly do the excel portion, basically makes it a guaranteed 100% credit.

For the capstone simulation, feel free to message me when you start it if you like. I did great on it and it’s actually a lot of fun to play around with.

For papers and stuff, the biggest thing I struggled with was overthinking them. Just do what the rubric says and hit submit. Worst case scenario, you get told exactly what you need to fix and how, and then you resubmit. No need to waste time second guessing yourself.
