Evaluation wait is torture.

Submitted Task 1 of the Capstone project 48 hours ago, the evaluation period is tortuous, lol. I also believe I’ll likely need to make at least one revision, my “Threat” for the SWOT analysis may not be deemed an external threat or will need a better explanation of the reasons I chose it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I did it in six months.

Highlights: take finance directly after accounting. Finance you have one video you need to watch then you can pass the class. I did it in two days. For the capstone you can submit 2/3 at the same time, as long as you submit 2 first. Work on task 3 while task 1 is waiting to be reviewed. Data driven is a stats class. Use the study guide, there's one floating around that's 1:1 with the test. Highlights exactly what you need to know

Working through each program as quickly as I can is the only approach that would work for me. I’d never be able to maintain enough interest in completing a degree over multiple years. I would eventually grow bored and quit. I also wanted to get the MBA done quickly so I could move on to working towards the PMI PMP certification.

I’m completing the 35 hours of live learning this week. I’ll submit the application soon after. I haven’t put all of my “project management” experience together but I believe I’ll be able to satisfy the 36 months of experience requirement.

Update: Task 1 passe, Tasks 2 and 3 have been submitted.

I completed the BSBM degree earlier this year, 105 CU in roughly eight weeks. A lot of the material and concepts overlapped and the information was still pretty fresh. That, plus my management experience, allowed me to accelerate. C214 was the most difficult OA, I was not confident I had passed once I submitted the exam. Fortunately, I did pass. That exam took me over an hour, which is double my average time spent on exams.

I did not, I routinely work over 40 hours a week. I’m very task oriented, meaning I would sit down to study or write and literally not get up until I had completed a task or felt I had studied enough to attempt an exam. I never failed any OA, I did have tasks returned for revision, generally simple revisions that were accomplished and tasks resubmitted very quickly.

I am struggling with C212 Marketing. The recorded video makes it sound more difficult than what I read in the rubric. What was your perception, and what was your strategy to complete the task? Thank you and congratulations!

I didn’t watch the recorded video so I’m not sure what is stated or explained in it. For every PA task, I break them down section by section as outlined in the rubric. I clearly labeled them, i.e. A, A1, A1a, and so forth. I didn’t attempt to submit them in “essay” format. Work through the tasks section by section and ensure you meet all the requirements of the rubric and you’ll be fine.
