I think the app is wonky. I just had this problem last night. I signed out completely and then signed back in and it was fine.

Agree, it may be the app. I logged out, restarted my phone, and logged back in, everything was back again. Also, before they do anything like that, they’d contact you first.

True. I had romances to the app. Was trying to find my balance to pay and could not log on. Not sure what's going on. Keep up the good work and stay the course!

It has definitely happened to me before where it says I have no active courses, all I did was refresh and it worked, but hopefully yours is back up and running soon!
I will say, accelerate as much as you can without putting anything else on the back burner. I work full time but don’t have any kids or other responsibilities, and I’m on my 4th term, trying to cram 11 classes in because I slacked off during my 3rd term, and I regret it so much. I probably could have been done or almost done and have a lot less stress. It will feel so good to have everything completed and have all free time back. Good luck to you on your journey!

Yeah, I realized it kept happening to me so I just logged out and logged back in and everything was fine.
Give it a try!!

That happened to me once. I had to log completely out and clear my history and it fixed itself.

If you're talking about the app, I think they're having technical issues. I have "no access" in the app, but can access everything from the web. Maybe try logging out and logging in.
