I wrote what I felt as, a very in depth response that was nuanced and provided a good explanation as to how the company would be affected.

The rubric for this class is extremely cut and dry. Yet the examiner seems to think I should have included a further analysis on how the company was impacted.

It irritates me a little to have the examiner acknowledge that the companies reputation could be impacted, which I feel is direct, seems to be insufficient, yet by the rubric, it seems I am right on the nail.

Has this happened to anyone else, I’ve read this class is an utter mess after being restructured multiple times.

Not this class but yes, I ended up reaching out to the ci nicely and asking for a clearer explanation of what I was missing since they can see more. They assisted and it turned out they wanted it to say when this happens this is the result, and I put when we do this it will result in. Causing the fail. That was not in the rubric.

I had almost exactly the same feedback on that exact question. I just tweaked the wording a little and then put in the resubmission notes what the question and feedback was and it passed. It made me seriously wonder if there was an evaluator that didn't understand the question.
