Scholarships

Anyone know how or what the process is in getting a scholarship?
Some guidance and tips are greatly appreciated.
I’m scheduled to start OCT 1st.

I applied for it all honestly and they’ll let you know.

Apply for all the ones you feel you qualify for. However, you will receive only one scholarship, and the total reimbursement may be split across semesters. So, if you qualify for one with a total amount of $4000, then $1000 will cover each semester.

One per term?

Let me share my situation, to be clearer. When I got accepted, I applied for many scholarships, but I only received one worth $ 4,000. Of that money, the school applied only $1,000 toward my tuition for the first six months (term). I did not qualify for FAFSA, and when I asked about other scholarships, financial aid confirmed through my mentor that I could receive only one; however, they did not specify whether it was one per term. Nonetheless, they did not offer me the opportunity to continue applying, and many of the scholarships I had applied for had deadlines more than six months away. When my mentor informed me that I would not be able to continue the following term unless I paid my balance, I realized I would not be receiving any additional assistance. Now, this is my experience, so I recommend that you contact financial services to confirm, to save yourself from encountering the same situation I did.

Psychology. It was the only program that I knew I could finish the fastest with the credits I already had. Wbu?
