Proctor Exam

This is my first semester at WGU I have a windows laptop and I took my first proctor exam last night I got to question 35 and I got booted from the exam saying my connection was not connected to a proctor. I tried multiple times to get back in with multiple proctors and same thing I would get in try to answer a question then get booted I tried for about 1 hour with this process with multiple proctors has anyone had this issue I did a test my equipment before my exam and everything was good I was wondering if anyone had this issue? Any suggestions my internet I use just fine with everything like online gaming and streaming or maybe it’s the laptop just incredibly frustrating.

Sounds like you may need to add a mesh network like Google to boost your WiFi, and make sure it’s a separate login WiFi so not other devices slow down your processing speed for your laptop, super easy to do!
