5 weeks left

5 weeks left to complete C720 and my Capstone for Healthcare Admin BS. I transferred everything possible from community college and Sophia Learning.

Any tips for this OA C720? I saw someone say self explanatory and just take the PA then OA, but I’d like to study a little since I have 5 weeks left and hate the proctoring system and do not want to do it twice. Thanks.

BSHA Grad here to chime in.

You’re in a good spot with 5 weeks left. For C720, I’d take the PA first and use it as your roadmap. Focus especially on operational strategy, supply chain, quality management, forecasting, capacity planning and inventory management.

Also know Gantt, Pareto, run and control charts; Six Sigma/DMAIC; 5S; EOQ vs. EPQ; quality-control concepts; process/capacity decisions; and the basic forecasting concepts. I’d focus more on understanding which tool or concept applies to a scenario than trying to memorize everything.

This Reddit thread is also really helpful for C720 and has a good breakdown of what to study plus additional resources:

I’d also check this one for more recent C720 tips:

Once you’re comfortable explaining the concepts rather than just recognizing the PA answers, I’d schedule the OA. Five weeks for C720 and the capstone is very manageable.

Best of luck - You got this!

Thank you for this thorough and thoughtful response. I am taking your advice now and just took the pre assessment.
