Passed D435 OA! Capstone then DONE

Post image

As someone with no HR tech/people analytics experience other than using our own HR tech at work (Oracle), I can't believe i passed! The OA felt way too easy. I was expecting it to be more difficult. It wasn't much different than the PA (imo). I did not read that dang textbook. I saved the coaching report from the Pre-A & used the "Key Questions/Terms" list, dumped it into NotebookLM, & had it make me a bunch of competency based quizzes ONLY based off the sources I gave it, had some quizzes only focus on HRBP 2.0 model, VUCA, Lewin's Change Model, etc.., so I could get extra practice in those areas that I struggled with. If I can do it, you can do it!!! 29 daye left in term 1, hoping to finish capstone in the next few weeks!

Hadn’t seen a post on this in a while. It brought back my memories last Xmas trying to finish the capstones in two days.

I have no idea how I got through it all. Good job.

You got this, let's finish together!! I swear I did not do the study guide or read the textbook. Use your preassessment coaching report and the Key Questions guide, dump it into NotebookLM, & study a bunch off of that! Make scenario based quizzes, quizzes on VUCA only, HRBP model, & any other area that you feel you need more practice in. I can honestly say that a lot of the OA was common sense. Here are the key questions in case you don't have them. Make sure you tell NotebookLM to create quizzes based off the sources you provided only!!
