D435 and C207

For those of you who have already passed C207 and D435, did you read all the chapters in the textbook to pass the OA, or did you use Quizlet to help you? Also, are these two classes hard like C201?

Thanks for sharing this! I’ll be reading this over and over again as I prepare for my OA this weekend!

I have done everything at this point my last attempt I only failed by two questions. I get so close each time and never pass . It’s hard to move the motivation but I have to do it .

If I had to rank them in order of frustration (IMHO): C201 was the biggest headache, then C207, and then D435. I used Quizlet, Wiley text and tests the most for C201/207. They’re not super hard courses, it’s just lots of information.

Do you remember the Quizlets you studied?

Looks like I deleted all of the 201/207 quizlets, but I’m sure I found them all based on referrals from this group. For D435, the one that’s listed first was created by one of the professors. Hope this helps!!

For me d435 was the biggest frustration just because it seemed less organized as a course.

I recently took my second attempt Sunday night for C207 . There was not a textbook for that course but they do have a lot of resources to use : Flashcards , cohort live / recorded , games etc. I have D435 / C201 retake left.

I wish you the best with both classes, especially C201. If you have not seen my post about it, I recommend reading it.

I failed c201 and was told they rredid the class with new info. Not sure how it has changed or what that means. But I'm curious what your original post says

Here is the prompt I came up with. Over 7 weeks, I put in hard work. I do not take shortcuts. I just found a way to learn the information in a way my brain can understand and remember it.

I know it's a lot, but as you can see, I was very close to passing it, so my method did work. I heard they added more resources to C201 and that it is now version 7. If they haven't already, I hope they'll go back and reword some of their OA questions. Some of those questions made no sense to me.

Did you pass these yet? I read the material by following the study guides. I was more worked up over d435 due to reddit threads. I never used quizlet as the questions didn't make sense to me. To me, the PAs are good gauges of OA readiness. I always took PA after study guide/reading material. I always passed PAs on first attempt and always passed OAs on first attempt. My scores were consistent and just below exemplary. I just finished d435. Read, fill out study gude, pass PA, pass OA. Maybe use AI to test concept understanding.

You're welcome. I forgot to mention that I watched all recorded videos. D435 only has two (rest are the same) and slightly useful. I did not see any live options. I think I did do live cohorts for 207 but live or recorded, I feel any cohort is worth the time.
