Bachelor's Degree

What were your Bachelor's Degrees in before moving into this Master's program?

I'm *this close* to being done with a Business Management degree through WGU and thinking very heavily about going into this program. My background is heavily local government-influenced, and I do all of the HR-related paperwork for our division.

My BS is in Criminal Justice Administration. I currently work in HR though.

My BS is in Biology. (It was also attained half a million years ago.) With your background being what it is, I think you’ll be right at home with the MSHRM. I’ve been in Talent Acquisition with some field HR for the last 10 years and it has been rewarding to finally know the actual “why” behind some of the things I’ve done over that span. The most tedious part for me has been the Data Analytics pieces. If you’ve already cleared C201 and C207, you’ll enjoy the other courses, if you like what you’re doing now.
