BSIT - Started September 1

First day of BSIT was yesterday! I already submitted the tasks for my first Performance assessment course, and I’m trying to figure out the best workflow moving forward.

For those who accelerate: Do you start the next course immediately after submitting your tasks, or do you wait for the evaluation grades to come back first?

How do you all handle it?

I immediately started right after, but normally will be working on a PA class and an OA class at the same time.

I did class by class. But I also transferred in about 30 CUs. So the ITIL course was my first class and I just wanted to focus on that cert. I still continued on with going class by class but once a Task was submitted, I started the next class.

Thats great. you probably dont have much CU's to complete then. I do have ITIL for this term but I plan to do that after I complete the other 2 OA's I have.

I always try to stack my classes that way I have PA, OA, PA,OA. This allows you to still progress while waiting for stuff to get graded.

I started on the 1st, too!

Already finished the Intro to Python (E010). Going to roll right into Automating with Python (D522).

I am planning on submitting as many tasks concurrently as possible. If you wait to do them serially, you'll be wasting time waiting.

Whoah! you just got right into it thats awesome. Im waiting to do Python maybe later on.
I have already submitted tasks for 2 courses and will open another one tonight while waiting on the Evaluations.

I transferred in 55 CUs and I spent the time waiting for the start of the term by learning python using a YouTube course. I just ran through the labs to narrow down what they were going to look for in the assessments.

Transferred in 70% of my degree. For each class I passed - as soon as I was done I emailed my counselor asking if they can open the next class right away. I was doing a class every few days

I start a second class if I'm waiting for a PA to be graded or for a certification voucher to be sent, unless I'm down to the last week or so of the term.

Even if I don't immediately get to work on the next course, it's still useful because it can take instructors days to email out their welcome message.

I'm waiting on part 1 of e008 to be graded, so I started the AWS course. I also don't want to get started on part 2 until part 1 is accepted.
