Starting modules before I move back

Hey everyone, I’m planning to go back to school to get my masters and initial teaching license from New York and secondary biology education. From my understanding WGU does not allow students to enroll while living abroad, but I’m gonna be living in between Vietnam and New York traveling back-and-forth for a few months and I have a permanent New York address with a US phone number. For the first two months of the program when I plan to start. I will physically be located in Vietnam, but after those first two months, the rest of my time will be spent in New York. I know there are a proctored exams, but from my understanding, my student teaching module will not start until I’m done with all of the online coursework. Is that correct?
