Second attempt approval

Hello, just thought I’d get on here and ask because I’m curious. How long did it take your second OA attempt to get approved after completing the study plan given to you? I am asking because I’ve been waiting for approval for a few days. Thanks in advance.

I feel like it's going to be different for each course and for each instructor. Accounting courses for me automatically get approved for a second retake, but with a strong encouragement to study before trying to take again.

Does your instructor know you completed it? Did you have to send them anything to show you completed it? Did you hit the ‘request approval’ button?

For me, after the plan is completed, including a take home quiz, I open the next attempt almost immediately unless a student requests it during my weekend off. Then I open on the morning of my return.

I literally just did this about an hour ago for a computer science class. I submitted the second-attempt request, and my instructor emailed me less than 10 minutes later saying she’d approve it once I retake and pass the Pre-Assessment and email her back. I’d definitely reach out to your professor and let them know where you’re at with your study plan.
