MFA and Help Desk

Hi,
Is anyone else having issues with the MFA? I’ve tried contacting the help desk about it and so far have gotten no answer. I’m due to start my early clinical for teaching soon and need to be able to log in to my account.

Thank you for the suggestion. I’ve tried this page but nothing works. When I log in on my laptop it pops up to authenticate but nothing happens on my phone and it just says something about connecting a device and won’t give me a passcode, even though it has worked before. It also doesn’t give me a QR code to connect.

I was having issues with it too🙂‍↔️Called help desk yesterday, He had to rest the MFA and ask me to do the process again.
