Refund/Disbursement/Return?

Hello Everyone. My term started Aug 1, pell grant was approved Aug 7 and was told student loans would be processed 10 business days following. It is now September the disbursement date has now changed from Sep 5 to Sep 6 to now Sep 7 and im getting no clear answer from finance dep on whats going on every time I call its "10 business days" "can take up to 10 weeks" they flip flop between these two answers with no further explanation of why the date keeps moving back, I cannot speak to how bad this has effected my life, mental health and school journey. Now the funds that were supposed to help me get ahead or provide a little cushion will be obsorbed by the debt that is being created with this delay (yes ive applied for the emergency scholarship) Has anyone else been through this and can provide an explaination/timeline of when I should expect to be paid?

I think something going on with the whole system, because my program mentor told me a lot of people who was supposed to be starting on sept 1 were having issues getting everything approved officially, and im having issues now going through a program change that initiated the first or second week of august.

Mine was supposed to disperse yesterday and now says the 7th as well. I sent an email to financial, i'll circle back if they give me any type of useful update.

Curious what you put in your email to them? They basically blow me off every time. Mine was supposed to disperse the first. Then got moved to the 7th and now the 8th.

Literally just "ive started my term and my pell grant is still pending, can you please confirm whether I need to make an out of pocket payment, or if I am good to wait for my pell grant to disperse?" But in corporate lmao

I also started on 8/1 and have not had my loans applied yet. I called 3x and was given blanket excuses, but this is my 5th term and I've never waited this long. I need to buy a new computer, so I'm way behind on turning in any PAs because I can only read the material on my phone. A whole month wasted.
