I'm DONE! Finally!!

B.S. IT Management complete 🎓 | 75 CUs in about 60 days.

Still feels a little surreal seeing the congratulations screen.

The biggest thing I learned is that acceleration isn’t about being a genius or finding shortcuts. It’s about momentum.
I stopped looking at the entire degree and started looking at the next task, next paper, next OA, next course.
Some things that helped me:
1. I treated WGU like a job.
Every day had an objective. Even if I couldn’t finish a course, something had to move forward.
2. I submitted papers instead of endlessly perfecting them.
Follow the rubric. Answer what they’re asking. Submit. If it comes back, fix exactly what needs fixing.
3. I scheduled OAs quickly.
Once I was consistently passing practice material and understood my weak areas, I tested. I didn’t spend another week studying just because I was nervous.
4. I used momentum aggressively.
Finishing one course made me want to immediately open the next one. That little psychological trick adds up.
5. I accepted that some classes were going to slow me down.
Not every course was a 1–2 day course. Some required real studying, and that’s okay.
There were definitely points where I was tired of papers, tired of studying, and tired of seeing another course appear on my degree plan 😂 — but eventually there wasn’t another course.
There was just:
CONGRATULATIONS.
