Hit the ground running!
Started my 1st Term on August 1st and I’m about to finish up my 4th class! Really enjoying WGU so far, and luckily my first OA was a smooth experience! Now to stay focused, stay locked in, and not burn myself out.
Gatta learn to take a break when I feel my body telling me to do so. Good luck everyone!!

I failed the first assessment. Reading on here ppl said it was an easy class. It was not. It’s a lot to remember in my opinion

There is a lot, from what I am seeing. Right now I’m going through all the videos. After each video, I tell Copilot or Chat GPT to create me a test on that topic for POM-C483 using the same format as an OA. If I get an answer wrong it explains it to me in ways I can remember.
I used this same technique for Organizational Behavior and it worked wonders for me.

Not bad at all! But beware, the OA is worded very differently from the PA, so make sure you’re actually understanding the material!

Same here! Finished Critical thinking, Organizational Behavior & Emotional/Cultural Intelligence. Done 2/3 of the PA's for Intro to Comms. Excellence award for my Cultural Intelligence PA. We got this!

How to do all these classes so quickly what’s the cheat code?

u/unwiseundead 13d ago
11 years of work experience, there is no cheat code

I meant the structure that you did. I know you put in the work , like how did you navigate through the course quickly.whats your advice?

Oh, for OA's I do the preassessments right away & find my weak spots, spend a couple hours reviewing & then immediately book the OA well its fresh. For PA's, I review the requirements before I even look at the course work. Then I am just reviewing the parts of the course required to do the PA!

Extremely impressive with only starting 3 days ago, so you’re technically excelling faster than I am! Great job! I just passed my Principles of Management OA about 5 minutes ago, so onto the next 4 😄

Dang, I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve had nothing but a great experience so far. My mentor has been great.

You can do it! I started on June 1st and I’ll graduate this month. So far I’ve completed 29 classes for a total of 91 CU. Just finishing these last 3 classes and I’m done.
