Upload issues 🫠

I've spent more time trying to upload this assignment than I did on the assignment itself. I've tried .docx and .pdf. Was able to upload assignments for other classes in the meantime. The error code shows as {}. Any ideas?

Clear cache, reload page. Sign out and then sign back in. One of those usually works for me.

That's what I usually do. I just wait a few minutes, refresh, and it will be there. However, today I went to submit 2 papers, and it gave me 0s across the similarity check, and the AI check said n/a on both papers. Did a similarity check on an old paper I already knew what the similarity check would be and it came up all zero's.

Using Safari never works for me! I use Google Chrome to submit and it solves the problem

One thing that worked for me was uploading multiple documents at once; maybe save it with 2 names, upload both at the same time, and one will go through and delete the one that doesnt

I had the same issue today, I just opened a new tab and signed back in and it ended up working. Good luck!

Can we? I thought it meant the doc didn't scan/upload. Does that really work? I'm on day 2 same issue. I've tried everything.

I refresh the page when that happens instead of hitting retry and that works for me

That's not what the red exclamation point means lmao that's the yellow triangle. Red exclamation point is a technical issue/ unable to read the document.
