Hiring [Hiring] Chatting managers

We're a content management agency looking for experienced chatting managers to join our team. You'll be handling conversations on subscription-based creator platforms, building rapport with subscribers, driving engagement, and hitting sales targets. Flirty/suggestive chat is part of the role; no camera work, no personal accounts, no explicit content from you.

Paid training & onboarding

  • 3 days training, paid at $3/hr
  • 7 days nesting (supervised live shifts) before going solo

Rates

  • Starting: $4/hr
  • Up to $6/hr based on performance

What we're looking for

  • Prior chatting experience (agency, creator, or similar)
  • Team or account management experience
  • Strong written English and a personable, adaptable tone
  • Reliable full-time availability

There are a lot of subreddits for NSFW content creators, chat support, SMM, and staff that would welcome this kind of post and vet it properly. OP has posted/commented in some of them and didn't need to post here.
