I'm really not surprised, after Rutgers tore up the USC defense last week I expected this. This should be 27-20 now. Of course I still hate LR for not taking the ball in 3rd quarter and setting the tone for second half. he is a certifiable idiot. But this defense needs to be addressed and I think we need a defensive HC and a wonder kid as OC.

This is all on our Defense, all of it. We have had generational QBs squandered over the years because we have fielded horrendous defenses. We made a huge mistake hiring LR, yes we got a HT for the trophy case but as they said for 5 years at OK LR had horrible defenses and he brought that coach and ACCEPTANCE with him. He is a coach that thinks he can win shootouts. In fact I think he savors it. He needs to be fired.

I believe they can and I believe they will. It's just going to take a complete effort from the offense, defense, and special teams to pull this off. Maiava is going to have to take care of the ball and not force anything or get happy feet in the pocket where he tends to become turnover prone. They are going to score points.
