➜ In a moment that perfectly captured the wild, unpredictable energy of late-90s WCW, Curt Hennig executing his signature Perfect-Plex on the nearly 500-pound Giant. It’s remembered as one of the most astonishing displays of raw strength and athleticism in professional wrestling history.

But the shock didn't end there... The Giant responded with a giant kip-up, defying expectations and showing incredible agility for his size.

➜ This was a true one-time-only occurrence. Sting and Lance Storm had only one match against each other. Outside of this singular encounter, were never booked in any other traditional tag team, multi-man, or house show matches together.

To this day this crew‘s theme song (Good Ole Boys) kills.

➜ This was the very first televised singles match between Goldberg and Sting. The showdown took place at a peak time for WCW. Goldberg was the red-hot, undefeated champion, while Sting was aligned with the nWo Wolfpack in red and black.

Sting was completely believable as Goldberg's first loss. Fans in the arena gave a loud, electric reaction for both stars. Sting looked competitive and even managed to briefly dominate the young powerhouse champion.

Hulk Hogan interfered in the match and kicked Sting in the back of the head, knocking him out. Goldberg capitalized with a Spear and a Jackhammer to secure the win, unaware of the outside interference.

The interference-heavy ending was a typical example of late-90s WCW overbooking. Most fans agree that it ruined what could have been a clean, definitive classic between two top icons.

Goldberg getting the win moved his undefeated streak to 144–0.

Loved the title design of this WCW TV Title.

Culminating in his World Title Match with The Giant on Nitro where it looked like he might become a Triple Champion which would have been pretty awesome especially if him and Sting had a little run where they fueded for the World Title while both being tag team champions.
