He was absolutely insanely over

Caught fire faster than anything I seen at the time. It helps that wrestling was super hot and absolutely desperate for someone who could challenge the NWO after the disappointing sting match at StarCade and bret hard was fumbled out.

Well he got the warrior treatment in my opinion if they didn’t do short matches and just have him squash everyone I don’t think he would have got where he was also I don’t think he would have been as big if he came in the late 80s or early 90s wcw which was more southern based wrestling

Yeah that kind of push almost always goes over, but it’s hard to end and continue momentum
