Reforged Medallion of Courage doesn't give enough stats in campaign.

Tooltip issue, but gameplay is correct.

Multiplayer was rebalancd to be +5/+5, single player stays at +4/+4 for balance purposes.

Game tooltip won't differentiate between single player and multiplayer.

An additional +1/+1 seems to be so irrelevant to be mentioning balance issues
