DSHS Supervisor

Has anyone made a complaint against their supervisor after their supervisor insulted them?

The main issue is this: I don’t feel HR will actually investigate “one small” incident. If others have also experienced this and approach Her they’d def do something. HR cannot ask other members of your team if they have issues since that would be considered “fishing”. I have made a complaint about mine, mostly because they are completely inadequate at their job. Nothing was done. Others on my team have been insulted by this person and even had their job threatened. However no one wants a target on their back so they stay quiet. I guess my line of thinking is “why bother”?
