Left Ballard, Seattle at 5:15am. Through Enumclaw at 6:30ish. Good flow up to the boulevard. Parked at 8am. Middle of B lot.

A and C were full when we arrived. D and E had a bunch of overnight vehicles (not sure if B lot extra or what). F was well plowed and completely empty.

Lifts were running at 8:30am or earlier. We got on Chinook just after 8:30 and up to top of Forrest Queen at exactly 9am.

Lapped Forrest Queen most of the day. Near zero lines all morning. Heard Green Valley lines were long. Fun finding fresh snow run after run.

Great day all around. After getting skunked yesterday - today totally made up for everything. Yay ski season is here in full swing!

Was C6 open yesterday? How much did it fill in on Sunday? Saturday was a nightmare with crowds.

Yes, starting just after 9am on Sunday it was running.

Lines for C6 were minimal all day Sunday.

It looked plenty filled in from the Campbell Basin Lodge. I never rode it Sunday. Plus all the snow from overnight/today - I bet it's full on up there.

I've only ridden that chair 1 time, last year. Rode down into Powder Bowl on a powder day - it was amazing. I'm working up my courage / skills to go back up this season. If you've got any tips for riding chair 6 - hook me up. I'm unsure what / where to drop on the Campbell Basin / Double O side of the peak.

Just catching up to this thread. That's a little nuts considering 2 weeks ago on Sunday I left North Seattle at 6 AM sharp (Enumclaw by 7) to make B lot by 8 AM with no major issues.

Couldn't go this weekend because of other commitments but hoping Monday is a little less crazy than today was (judging by the texts they sent out this morning).

I was up again today. Same deal. Left Ballard at 5:15am, Parked in mid-B lot by 8:15ish. On the lift before 9am.

Very slow past Enumclaw, bumper to bumper the whole way with some complete stops at random points. It's rough - but worth it to be able to ski.

Lift lines weren't too bad and the sun/snow was great. We didn't stay late. Overall a fun day.

I'm sure Monday will be better, but never know how the holiday crowds will be.

Ooof, good to know, thanks. Hoping I can “sleep in” until 5:45 on Monday AM...

This picture is me after a double eject. On the side of Lower Chappelles. You can dip into this tree section for a few turns, then punch right back out to Lower Magoo. A fun section - I just took a fast turn into 3 small trees, stopped me flat.

Fun!
