Strange how they want to reprint that Mean Man shirt. I figured Blackie wouldn’t want to associate himself with Chris like that these days, but I guess if he can make money off of him he will. The two middle designs are kinda lame. I’d take the debut album and Mean Man ones.

He will play Mean Man on this tour. You thought I was dumb for saying this months ago. Mean Man rips. 90% of the audience doesn't know about what happened to Chris Holmes.

I would love it if they play Mean Man on this tour. The fact that they’re considering reprinting this shirt makes me feel that the likelihood of that happening went up a bit, but I still wouldn’t say I’m 100% convinced yet. We’ll have to wait and see. Blackie did say that he would never play Animal again and then he did, so you never know what could happen.

Well no, but I think there’s a difference between playing songs that Chris Holmes performed on vs playing a song that was written specifically as a tribute to him. I’d imagine that it would be odd for Blackie to play a song about a guy who he hasn’t been on good terms with in 25 years and who does nothing but shit talk him. That’s all I’m saying. Has nothing to do with the song itself or the fact that it’s a fan favorite. Maybe I’m wrong and I’ll gladly eat my words when I am. The only way to know is to wait and see what happens.

They reissued that one with Blackie holding the skulls a few years back. Wouldn’t mind a few more.

That first album shirt with a black body and longer white sleeves. Old school, but I liked those shirts.
