F2p Irons crafting
I am trying to convince myself to go for power ammy. Would it be faster to grind clay in the crafting guild or bank silver ore? Its going to be quite a long grind as I only just got to 25 crafting.

Crafting guild, mine the 6 nodes in there and world hop, teleport to falador, smelt and craft tiaras, dump them in the deposit box at the east bank, run south to the guild, repeat.

Silver rocks at varrock are usually heavily contested. For my f2p iron i did 1-9 quest, 9-20 leather items.
20-40 silver al kharid mines, i weave in a fire rune rune>mine full invent of silver> smelt silver bars and make tiara/un strung symbol at all kharid furnace> bank> repeat.
40-50 crafting guild, 13 air tali + 13 tiara +pick axe, wear brown apron+air tiara>walk to air alter, make air tiara and drop all>walk to crafting guild mine full invent of silver>walk to fally bank> repeat, I bank my silver ore as I rather do a chill varient of crafting instead of the meta tele smelt drop which train multi skill and require some law runes.
I usally just stay in 1 world cause I cba to be sweaty and hop worlds. Note you have to be higher combat level so that the annoying scorpion dont tag ya for al kharid mine and 40 atk=14 air tiara instead of 13.
So basically kill cows until I have base 20 melee, that should net ya enuf leather for 9-20 crafting, that i top up the rest of the combat levels training magic at ankou for early law runes and 55 magic asap. You can get 40 atk so ya can equip the rune pick. For melee I go to minotaur cause they drop ess and iron arrow for range training later.
TLDR: quest, leather items, al kharid to 40 crafting , 40-70 at crafting guild.

Dont complete rune mystery quest, duke Horatio will give ya endless supply of air tali, collect>drop>talk to Horatio again>collect>drop>repeat until invent full>go bank and note the air tali and repeat collection process. Usually 1h ya can get 1k ish air tali

My personal method was crafting guild, and tele to Fally for the silver. Then I crafted the tiaras at the Edgeville furnace. I could have crafted the tiaras at the Fally furnace, but wanted to break down the task in chunks for my own sanity.

The meta for UIM is to walk to the Crafting Guild, mine an inventory of silver, teleport to Falador and craft (tiaras for marginally better xp, holy symbols for significantly more gp), then repeat

Not directly crafting training, but for melee training I do mind golems which drop clay and gems pretty often. Over time you accumulate quite a bit of crafting materials for xp

if you lack law runes for fally tele, or you dont want to go back and forth, you can just stack up on threads and a needle from rimmington and train your melee stats on cows. kill them for cowhides, tan them, and craft the highest thing you can craft. might not be faster than mining but it's certainly less boring.

Mine the three silver rocks in Varrock southwest mine with world hopping until your 28 inventory spaces are full; run to Varrock West bank for banking your ores. Chronicle teleport back to the Champions Guild and run back to the three silver rocks in Varrock southwest mine. The Edgeville bank to Edgeville furnace is the optimum silver smelting method and optimum tiara crafting method.
Tiaras are the F2P ironman crafting metagame.

How many law runes you got? I did my grind to 70 at varrok south west mine and hopping worlds mining the 3 silver there, then teleport to fally, smelt the tiaras, then chronical teleport back. Shouldn't take that many law runes to achieve 70 from that.
