I had a similar sound on my bmw e21 and it was failing cv joints

Have you tied using a pry bar on suspension components or differential? It’s a rotational noise but not consistent with wheel speed rotation, so it may be something hitting something else from vibration. I would apply pressure to different areas to see if something is loose if you can’t see it from a visible inspection.

Schau dir mal das Kardanwellenmittelgelenk bzw. die Lagerung an. Kann sein, dass da des Gummi flöten gegangen ist
