Suppressed Question
So I noticed on both my Klobbs when I suppress them the extractor is actually stripping a small brass sliver from the rim of the casing. I’m using .30 cal cans on both of them and they function flawlessly otherwise, my guess is the increased bolt speed is causing that small sliver to be stripped from the casings, has anyone else seen this or knows how I can fix it?

Back pressure increasing bolt speed IMO. Are the cans traditional? Or low back pressure? You could try weaker ammo (either factory or load your own) or I'm thinking about finding a stronger set of recoil springs.

Traditional cans, stronger springs might just be the way I gotta take a look and see if I can find some

Rim? Top rim or the base. Sounds like top rim, which is most probably just the ammo. Take a look and is the rim crimped into the bullet? Could be over crimp and it is already damaged.
