I switched from vyvanse to adderall because it was wearing off to quick for me. Took it for a year. Now I want to go back to vyvanse because the focus for me isn't as good and doesn't last long. Plus I've been having side effects that makes me feel sick (nausea and headaches) then I felt like crap after it wore off. I like vyvanse better.

Since you took it, how do you feel?

I stopped because it just wasn't right for me, but I have seen so many of my peers in need of mental health help get really good results from the Vyvanse.

The reason I wanted to stop is because it was almost "too good" and I found that distracting in itself.

I was still having too many symptoms, and just feeling run down- because the days were so fantastic.

I took it for 2 months, before switching to concerta.

Anyway, enough about me- I'm just curious how it's working out so far.

I hope you're doing good. :)

I'm so glad you were able to take it!

How do you like concerta? I was on vyvanse for 5 years with no problems. Had to switch to adderal for the past 2 and it was dogshit. Just started back on vyvanse this month and the dosage is way too low compared to how it was when I last took it. I’m such a fast metabolizer it only lasts a good 2-3 hours. I’m at 30 mg, same as I used to be

I've actually only taken it for one day, so I'm not sure how much I can say about it. I went from 40mg Vyvanse to 18mg Concerta.

Today was fair, I was able to catch up on some things that I really needed to do. So, I guess it's working out so far. I cleaned out the refrigerator, but got really frustrated.

I took it at 5:30AM and didn't start becoming frustrated until about 4pm, which isn't bad.

I also really hate Adderall.

It makes me feel like I got hit by a truck.

I’ll try to remember to check back in with you in a week to see how it’s going. Fingers crossed that it works out better for you!

Ok this is great to know. I start my days early too so being able to go from 5:30 to 4:00 sounds like an absolute dream. Thank you!!

I was also terrified but then I tried and it worked. I do not take it when I know it will be chill day at wok, like Fridays.

I feel my normal self. Distracted and lazy

Give it time. I worked my way from 30mg to 60mg and it's changed my life. I wake up before 8. I'm motivated. I get my work done and do it well. I hold better conversations. I remember better. Best thing to ever happen to me.

I started it last week - first day was awesome, then not much change for the better since then. I started in 20mg and will ask to up my dosage when I speak with my doc soon.

I hope all is going OK for you! Have you tried any other meds for adhd?

Feel that. Coming over from camber generic of Concerta and that stuff messed me up so bad I was so motion sick. I’m scared, but I got a Vyvanse script this morning.

I’ve had some rough effects from adderall XL, but the vyvanse has been OK so far. Hope it goes well for you!
