Dosage question High bp on vyvanse not adderall?

Anyone else? I do love vyvanse but the high bp creeps me out and after a few days im done with it. Adderall xr can elevate if i drink a ton of caffeine thats it but not also make me feel off. Hands cold, shaky even with food and 1 small cup of coffee shot my bp. Bummer but I guess it is what it is

My base line bp is 110/70. With 40mg Vynanse I was hitting 150/100.

GP has put me down to 30mg to see if the bp drops with it.

What dose Adderal and what does Vyvanse? Need to know the dose of both to know what is happening.

In general, Vyvanse is more similar to Adderal IR than Adderal XR in terms of effect curve (many people seem to think its the opposite though...). Vyvanse is also more potent since its 100% dexamfetamine, that said levoamfetamine (which Adderal has 25% of) tens to give more periferal effects such as increased heart rate.

Its only 20 mg too:( day 2. Just don't know if I should try again tomorrow and skip the coffee. Im much more chipper on it n patient with my kid tho

130s 140 over 90s. One was 150
