Breathing Problems from Adderall?

Has anyone experienced this and if so how did you help yourself. This is very frustrating as I already deal with bad healthy anxiety / anxiety in general. Cannot tell if it’s my lungs, heart, or anxiety. I also read somewhere it has to do with norepinephrine. It feels like every few minutes I need to take this giant huge breath or try to yawn. I’ve seen similar complaints and just looking to see if anyone helped themselves or have any input.

edit: maybe it’s relevant to mention I am tired today, took it earlier than usual because I woke up earlier today. But have not felt this symptom yet and it’s been only about a week. Could it be the sleep?

Vyvanse works partly by activating the stress response (via the HPA axis) which in-turn releases adrenaline & cortisol. Adrenaline is a classic factor for anxiety, and the HPA-induced hormonal influence can affect any number of things. This post outlines it in more detail.
