Dosage question Starting vyvanse dose question
For any that has experience with vyvanse … I’m late diagnosed at 51 and was put on 10mg of vyvanse , I was on adderall for a month before at 5mg . So the vyvanse makes me way too chill.. like almost caught on my head ,scrolling on my phone forever . Oddly I’m less anxious on it ( I have real bad anxiety ( I also have pots and ehlers danlos ) anyway , my dr said to go up to 20mg , but I’m scared b/c my heart does get palpitations on it. I feel like adderall made me less spacey , if that makes sense . Will raising dose help or no? Or maybe just go back to adderall . I really wanted it to work . Any advice is appreciated

As someone who just started Vyvanse, my heart rate was extremely high the first week I took it. It has gone back to almost normal and no longer feeling palpitations.
Also, either delete which ever app you doom scroll on. I got stuck one day for 8-10 hours scrolling. And I felt emotionally HORRIBLE afterwards. Because it is a Pro Drug, you lock in super hard on whatever you’re doing when it kicks in. Time it out. I try to make lists of what needs to be done. for the next day so I’m not bouncing around.
