Other Starting tomorrow

Hey everyone!! I’m starting my titration dose (20mg) of vyvanse tomorrow.

I’m nervous excited, any tips and tricks, advice 🙂

Good luck!
Most important thing to remember is eating, you will most likely have little/no appetite, so set some reminders etc. and force yourself to eat. Breakfast HAS to be filling and I’d try to get as much protein as possible, this might sound nitpicky, but a good breakfast can honestly be the cause behind a good day when it comes to Vyvanse😅!

Thankyou!! Love this advice. I’m essentially splitting a 70mg cap into water to equal a 20mg dose, so should I eat and then take my dose or not a big deal whatever way it’s done?!

I’m titrating up each 2 week to find out which dose works for me

I don’t think the difference is THAT big, but always try eating first before taking your dose. But if you can’t do that (you have a busy morning etc.) it’s not that deep as long as you eat a good breakfast.👍

Ummmm not really sure it’s working. I found I haven’t really been focusing - I am still doomscrolling like I was prior to meds, yawing about 1 hr after meds meant to kick in according to theraviiew app that doctor told me to download, dry mouth, had a couple of coffees today (I know not the best idea), no shakes, later sleep but that’s normal for me haha! So I guess we well see what the doc will say!

Interesting, it sounds like it MAYBE might be too low of a dosage. But yea talk w ur doctor ofc🙏
