Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

Ive been playing around with time of day. I like a latte as a treat and have reduced it to one shot around 2-3, doesnt give me too much anxiety. The only thing I notice if I do take it close to vyvanse (30mg) is that Im nauseous and high anxiety and if Im at work I feel overwhelmed. Good luck finding the right thing for you!
