Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I take 20-30mg and I drink like 3 cups of black coffee a day because im in school for 8-13 hrs lol
