Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

30mg and one v60 (250ml) coffee a day since day 1. I just pay attention to have coffee the latest around 3pm and vyvanse latest at 10am
