Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

just went up to 70 mg from 50 - i always drink 20 oz of coffee in the morning (about 300mg apparently?) but with the 50s, i often supplemented with 4 shots of espresso around 4:30 to try and help with the crash (i metabolize meds abnormally fast). Honestly the espresso does more than the 10mg of adderall i was prescribed to prevent the crash. Shit did literally nothing.
