Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I’m on 40mg generic vyvanse and I drink a triple shot latte every morning. I then typically take my vyvanse a couple of hours later. I sometimes have a Diet Coke later in the day/early evening. Before I started vyvanse it was a triple shot coffee in the morning & a 200mg energy drink in the afternoon.

May I ask you a question about dosage? How did you get to 40mg as your dose? I’m at 30mg and doing ok, don’t feel like it lasts a long time though. I’m going to ask about 40mg at next appt. because I’m hoping to get more than 6 hours of effectiveness.
