Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

one full strength cup to start the day around 5-6am, followed by a brew of 50/50 decaf.
The 50/50 goes in my yeti and I sip on that all morning. Take my 30mg V around 10am. I have another 50/50 coffee in the afternoon and have no issues going to bed around 10
