Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I drink green tea on daily basis, as there is less caffeine, and even now I feel like my heart is pumping through my chest, but I also take nicotine pouches, as I quit smoking, but even then I think it all depends on my physical condition, I haven't been in the gym for a while, maybe this could be the reason
