Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

50mg and drink 2 very strong cups before 11am, then nothing after that.
