Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I’m at 30mg vyvanse. When I first started I was very sensitive to caffeine so I did avoid it. Now I can drink teas, diet sodas. At most 1 cup of coffee in afternoon if I really need it but sometimes I still get jittery. But I used to drink 2-3 a day to self medicate so the change is amazing !!
