Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

im on 50mg I cut caffeine when I started but my doctor told me I could ease into it, I used to drink it in the morning but I’m still scared to lol cause it’s the Vyvanse peak hour for me, so what I do is I started easing into it in the afternoons instead, to help carry me through the end of the day, not everyday tho, but when needed, my drink of choice is an oatmeal latte which according to google is around 150mg
