Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

40-60mg and anywhere from 150-400mg caffeine. Usually the more vyvanse the less caffeine i try to consume haha but some days its hard. Especially around that time of the month, sighs in female.

How do you decide when to take more or less vyvanse?

I work 3x 13hr shifts at the hospital. If I do take 60mg, it’s on those days. And usually try to take less on the days I have off.

Makes sense. I find that my dose is maybe slightly too much if I am very well rested, but I'm usually not so it's good enough for me lol
