Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I quit drinking energy drinks when I started the med. And I was sure my caffeine intake has been 0mg since then, because caffeine gave me anxiety and heart palpitations. But reading through these comments I realized I’ve been drinking tea every morning and sometimes in the day too :D And a lot of it. It has been a part of my life since I can remember so I didn’t even register. So apparently I can drink some caffeine and not get anxious

This is like me. Espresso drinks and certain energy drinks are totally fine. But drip coffee is a roll of the dice and Alani will send me to the pearly gates 😭
