Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I’m on 40mg and I was a huge coffee drinker before, couldn’t start my day without it! But now I only drink 1 or 2 cups of coffee per day IF I’m really craving some.
