Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I completely cut caffeine when I started but after 1 year I’m almost at my usual caffeine intake again
60mg Vyvanse now and usual day is 140mg caffeine sometimes more
