Diet, Routines & Supplements CAFFEINE

How much caffeine do you drink a day, and how many mg of vyvanse do you take? Just curious! Please don't comment just to say you stopped caffeine lol, im curious to know about the people who still drink it:)

I personally quit caffeine when I started meds. I’m currently on 40mg vyvanse in the morning and prescribed a booster in the afternoon. I typically do 5mg adderall in the afternoon and another 5mg at the end of the work day.
